The macro brand insight: "Hurt happens, but I don't want to leave healing to chance. I want to confidently move forward, knowing I've got the best protection stuck right where it's needed."

  • Brand Character: Defined BAND-AID® as "a trusted icon turned friend, with a strong back and soft heart, who will stick with you to the moon & back." The tone blends scientific expertise with nostalgic warmth, making the brand both authoritative and emotionally engaging.

  • Proof Points: Reinforced the brand's leadership with claims around high-quality adhesion, unmatched comfort, and better healing outcomes-supported by clinical expertise and over a century of innovation.
